DOMESTIC and FOREIGN INDEPENDENT TRIP PLANNING: 

• From $250 per trip research & management for trips 7 nights or less
• From $300 per trip research & management for trips 8-15 nights
• From $350 per trip research & management for trips 16-25 nights
• Over 25 nights amount to be advised depending on trip complexity
  
  INDEPENDENT TRIP FEES ARE NOT APPLICABLE TO COST OF TRIP. THEY ARE ALSO NON-REFUNDABLE AND PAID IN ADVANCE. FOR DEPARTURES WITHIN ONE MONTH OF REQUEST DATE, PLEASE DOUBLE THE ABOVE AMOUNTS.

SPECIAL SERVICES:

• Returned check fee * $25.00
• Visa applications * $20.00 plus cost of visa, postage & delivery fees
  
•  Specialty Services * $60.00 per hour (including scooter rental, arrangement for oxygen supplies, service dog paperwork, luggage services, wheelchair rental and supply).
