15, 2012Valerie – Thank you so much for your generous support of the
2nd Annual Shamrock Scramble. Because of you, we were able to
raise over three thousand dollars to be donated to our two worthy causes.
We are already looking forward to next year and hope that you will consider
being a sponsor again.
Savannah~November, 2011 –
Edgewood Travel is a corporate sponsor of this years “Waiting on a
Cure”. Benefiting the Curtis and Elizabeth Anderson Cancer
Institute, the DeSoto Hilton ballroom will come alive as hundreds gather at the
invitation of friends and associates to applaud table hosts, colorfully
bedecked in costumes befitting the luncheon’s theme.
This year is extra special because it is the Tenth Annual Waiting on a Cure.
That said the event is adopting the theme, “It’s a Ten.” Hosts can dress as any
character representing a theme of the event’s past nine years – musicians,
legends, celebrities, Broadway, politicians, the infamous and the famous and
more. Valerie was "Tickled Pink" when she attended the event.
